MCPD is kicking off #BlackHistoryMonth by celebrating the Department's first African American Officer, Sheriff Glendell Hill. Sheriff Hill also made history by becoming the first African American Sheriff for Prince William County. His story is impressive and inspiring and will be featured in the new Public Safety Facility lobby.
